A Little History...
Joe has been in the restaurant business for 15 years including serving, cooking, managing and ownership. He came to America from the Czech Republic in 2001. Together, he and his wife Wendy have been pursuing their dream of owning a restaurant in an area close to their home in North Branch. Joe’s wife Wendy grew up in Forest Lake. Her family owned and ran the Country School in Wyoming for several years. Wendy brings some of her mom’s famous recipes to Joe’s on Main Street, along with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
